We are currently looking for a Sourcer in our Jacksonville, FL location. The Sourcer is responsible for utilizing existing strategies to source and pre-screens candidates to fill temporary and/or permanent job orders for a variety of clients. Assists with building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Provides administrative support to Recruiters and management.
Job responsibilities include working with the sales staff to evaluate client needs, run searches, network with candidates, build relationships with people looking for career opportunities and find quality candidates to present to clients with a high standard of customer service and follow through.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of up to six (6) months of recruiting and/or customer service experience is required.
