    The Account Executive/Branch Manager is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts, planning and directing and controlling all phases of successful operation within the branch.  They will actively develop and maintain relationships with national and/or local clients and develop a cohesive and productive team for sustaining growth and expansion. They will also assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of related policies and procedures, as well as assists in the streamlining of processes utilizing existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies, pursues and develops new accounts through awareness of national and/or local markets, competitor activities, and community growth plans.
    • Responsible for the business process flow, including recruiting, reference checks, and the staff follow-up of associates on assignment.
    • Assists with the forecasting and preparation of annual departmental budget, expenditures, and short- and long-term growth plans for the branch; ensures compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
    • Builds and maintains effective business relationships with key national and/or local clients.
    • Increase market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, service and recruiting efforts in branch.
    • Conducts client surveys regarding perception of service.
    • Evaluates productivity and quality issues and identifies and implements processes improvements.
    • Maintains reporting to effectively monitor and manage productivity, accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures; aligns Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with organizational goals.
    • Responsible for growth, maintenance, development and profitability of branch.
    • Stays abreast of regulatory requirements and organizational compliance policies, ensuring timely education of team.
    • Ensures branch is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to accomplish strategic objectives.
    • Manages career development plans, training for direct reports and mentors and coaches in-line with human resources principles.
    • Conducts regular performance evaluations and sets individual and team objectives to cultivate a culture of high performance and teamwork.
    • Ensures team maintains appropriate skills and competencies required to conduct operations timely, effectively and in compliance.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with five (5) years of a combination of direct hire and direct sales experience within the staffing industry required.  Minimum of two (2) years of progressive leadership experience also required.  Equivalent post high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.  Willingness and ability to travel is required.

    • Knowledge of job related local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
