    The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the management of the recruitment strategy, order fulfillment and process efficiencies on a national basis utilizing the latest digital technology.  The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for proactive associate recruitment. Finally, they need to ensure that all Entegee colleagues understand recruiting tools available to them, where to find them, how to use them and how to apply best practices to recruiting strategies.



    • Recruitment / Onboarding:
      • Collaborates with Entegee and management to ensure recruitment strategies for associates and colleagues are developed and effectively implemented with consideration of market needs and trends using the latest digital technologies.
      • Provides client support for major clients and prospects through activities such as reviewing RFPs and providing appropriate recruitment content, assisting with demand planning and recruitment strategies and presenting recruitment metrics to key stakeholders
      • Establishes, monitors and tracks key recruitment and funnel KPIs; reports progress or challenges to Entegee Chief Operating Officer and/or SVPs
      • Drives recruitment efforts and ensures that activities are planned, measured and results are analyzed
      • Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies
      • Assists in the interviewing and screening of colleagues, as needed
    • Industry and Market Expertise:
      • Stays abreast of leading industry trends, digital technology and recruiting best practices
      • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles
      • Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other networking organizations
      • Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders 
    • Training, Implementation and Process Optimization:
      • Implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment-related activities (i.e. Job Analysis, Demand Planning, Recruitment Pipeline, Order Management, Onboarding and Pool Management)
      • Assists with implementation of key company/Entegee projects – working continually to increase operating efficiencies
      • Coaches, trains, mentors and may manage recruiters




    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of three to five years managerial/supervisory
    • Proven history of recruitment strategy and implementation; including analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics
    • Successful track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction, enhanced scope of responsibilities and working relationships with colleagues/management




    • Effective written and verbal communication skills – both in a one-on-one and group setting
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
    • Adept at establishing and managing to KPIs and SLAs
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
    • In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software are required
    • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives
    • Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for organizational change, cultivate a shared vision with others and motivate them to transfer vision into action
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
