    Talent-Choice has an opening for an On-Site VMS Program Coordinator


    This position will be responsible as the point of contact for administering staffing processes at remote Client Company locations in different time zones. 


    Primary job duties will include:

    • Provide extensive customer service to internal and external service users.
    • Provide training to users in using proprietary database application and on staffing processes.
    • Support users with specialized reporting on request.
    • Enter information into the database, review documentation for completeness and accuracy, track information and paperwork.
    • Ensure procedures and processes are followed and completed in a high volume environment.
    • Will have contact with sub vendors to resolve invoice and timecard discrepancies and to facilitate new hire process.


    Ideal candidates will possess these requirements:

    • Preference will be given to candidates who have previous administrative or coordinating experience in a staffing or human resources related position in combination with training experience and a 4 year degree.
    • Superior customer service ability is required.
    • Must be able to thrive in a high volume, dynamic environment.
    • Candidates must be detail oriented with superior organizational skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have excellent computer skills and ability to grasp new applications quickly, preferably with experience training others.
    • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Prefer previous experience with VMS or managed service staffing programs/software.


    The work schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday, regular business hours.
